Rubber plant - Ficus elastica 'Tineke' - Tineke rubber plant is unique because of it's tri-coloured variegation with pink hues. It does require brighter light conditions than the Burgundy variety to keep the colours strong and defined.
The rubber plant prefers medium to high light and to let the top inch of soil dry out between waterings.
